Purpose of the Program
In keeping with C.A.F.E.’s mandate to promote the growth of Canada’s fair industry, McFarlan Rowlands is proud to offer the PrimeGuard Fairs, Festivals, and Exhibitions Insurance Program. The program is designed to communicate changes in the insurance industry that effect the association, and maintain a stable and reliable rate structure.

Association chooses their level of coverage for dental, vision care,
private / semi-private hospital rooms, drugs, specialists, and
emergency out-of-province expenses.
