Purpose of the Program
We offer a comprehensive package to protect your home, your Bed and Breakfast, and your personal liability all under one policy.
Eligibility for Insurance
- you must be a homeowner
- B&B must be located in the principal residence
- no more than two non-resident employess
- gross annual receipts anticipated not to exceed more than $200,000
- good claims history
- maximum six rooms rented out
